call your current ISP.

1. Make sure that you have
setup your Zedcom account before canceling your old service, and that you
notify your friends and family of your new Zedcom e-mail address.
2. The fastest and most common way to cancel your account is by phone. Below is
a list of some popular Internet service providers and their contact information
for subscriber cancellation.
3. When you contact your provider to cancel your account, be sure to have the
following information handy: Username, E-Mail Address, Password, Mailing Address
and/or Phone Number and the Credit Card Number that the service is billed to
